Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bath and a den. There is also a laundry room.

 The downstairs den also has sliding doors that face lakeside. Typical basement, drop ceiling.

Guest room 2 has no view, in fact that is the only window in the room.

And Finally, the lower outside deck, faces the open water.
